If you feel that your car insurance provider, under the understanding as stated by your auto insurance policy that you should be provided coverage for a certain event, like your vehicle getting vandalized there in Jacksonville, Florida, but then proceeds to deny you’re claim or seems to delay the claim process for as long as they can, by all means consider getting legal action and representation. The only thing that hurts more than getting your vehicle stolen, destroyed or vandalized is the fact that the insurance coverage who should be giving you the peace of mind in these cases, Not to mention regularly paying for, decides to not keep up their promise or invents ways to weasel out of your agreement or coverage.
A few suggestions though, make sure you do gather all the necessary information and facts regarding your car insurance’s terms and conditions and absolutely make sure that what happened to your car is clearly covered under your copy of the agreement. There have been cases where insurance providers would even go the length of hiring their own “experts” to asses the damage caused to your vehicle to either declare an unfairly low reimbursement price or say they wont reimburse you at all. So take pictures of the vandalism done to your vehicle and bring it to a law office or to the state insurance commissioner to get assistance in getting the proper compensation you paid for with your car insurance.
